At ShoreWay Acres Inn & Cape Cod Lodging, we consider all events to be special, and we customize every one to meet each group’s specific needs. In an era of on-line meetings, assembly line banquets, and the same old “cookie cutter” templates for reunions, retreats, and even weddings; we strive to help our event planners and group leaders create personalized and memorable events.

Our expansive lawns, barbecue grills, and picnic areas offer many outdoor venues for everything from meeting breaks in the gazebo, lobster clambakes, “tailgate” luncheons, and military memorial ceremonies on the lawn to outdoor tented hospitality areas for family reunions and wedding receptions. Our indoor facilities include four meeting parlors, a spacious indoor pool area, a poolside balcony parlor, and banquet facilities accommodating up to 200 guests. Our staff would be happy to tailor each area to your own event theme. Assistance is also available from our resident floral and gift designer, Shelley-Baker Vance, a Falmouth artisan whose studio, “The Salty Mermaid,” is located right here at the inn.

The inn’s convenient village location, within easy walking distance of Falmouth’s Main Street and Surf Drive Beach, offers so many opportunities to create unique activities and events for your group. Perhaps you would like to take professional family reunion photos at the beach. You will find excellent “retro 50’s and 60’s” class reunion props and favors from “Blast from the Past” Nostalgia Shop on Main Street. Attend an Art Cocktail Reception at the Gallery on Main. Dining options include some quick, cost-saving take-out or sit-down meals from hometown favorites such as Country Fare, The Quarterdeck, Simply Divine Pizza, Betsy’s Diner, Pie in the Sky, Steve’s Pizza and more.
